Child Friendly Holidays
Court Farm truly is an ideal holiday destination for those with young
children as all of our holiday accommodation is extremely toddler friendly
(kitchen cupboards have adjustable child locks, staircases have fitted
stair gates) and our facilities and local attractions are guaranteed to
keep the little ones busy.
Dog Friendly Cottages
Being in one of the most dog-friendly regions in the UK, we accept up to 2
well behaved dogs in 8 of our 18 properties, namely Honeysuckle,
Wheelwright & Lilac Cornish Cottages (2 bedrooms) and also in Southpark (3 beds) which
comes with its own hot-tub in the back garden ; Dolphins Beach Retreat (3
beds), The Cabin(1 bed), Little Northcott House(8 bed) and Lower Northcott
Farmhouse, the largest of our holiday accommodation with 9 bedrooms.

a Beach Retreat &
Farmhouses, all of which have been refurbished over the years, providing a
high level of quality & luxury that is commanded by our 4 and 5 star Visit
England rating, yet retaining their original character.
15 properties are located at Court Farm,
Marhamchurch with 3 further properties on our working farm in the valley
of Northcott, 4.5 miles away, then we also offer Dolphins Beach Retreat
right on the coast at Widemouth Bay 2.5 miles away.
All cottages have shared use of a wide range of shared facilities
including Heated Indoor Swimming Pool (with retracting roof for warm
days), Tennis Court, Games Room, Large grassed & enclosed Children's Play
Area, Animal Field with Alpacas, Pigs & Chickens (plus sheep & lambs at
springtime), Heavenly Holistic & Beauty Treatments using 100% Organic
Spiezia products, One to One or Group Yoga Sessions, Swimming Lessons &
Catering Service. |

The Little Extras
We want to help you in the preparation for your holiday, saving space in
your car, so for young families we can provide cots, highchairs, bed
guards, booster seats, fireguards, additional mobile stair gates, toy
boxes & baby monitors at no extra cost. We even provide plastic crockery,
blenders & tupper-ware.
We also offer additional items to hire, including Bath Towels, Bikes, 3
Wheeler Buggies, Toddler Backpacks & Wetsuits.
Save yourselves a trip to the supermarket and pre-order your groceries
online, from either our Local & Organic Cornish Sources or Waitrose or
Asda.
During the Summer months we also have luxury Australian BBQ's for free use
in either your own back garden or within the sociable courtyard.
