Patio doors lead to the enclosed and private garden with exclusive use of its own luxury 6 person Hot Tub (featuring the latest spa technology with 48 jets!!) very popular for both couples and families. The spacious garden has its own picnic table.
The farmhouse style kitchen adjoins the utility room with a door through to the enclosed and gated garden. Three bedrooms and bathroom with over-bath shower are on the first floor, also with a combination of quality oak and waxed pine furniture throughout.
