Good Food
Cornwall’s reputation as a gastronomic destination has rocketed in
recent years. Rick Stein’s eateries in Padstow and Jamie Oliver’s
latest Fifteen restaurant have all certainly helped put Cornwall on
the food lovers trail. But it’s the quality of our locally sourced
food that is the secret county wide – fish and shell fish fresh from
the ocean and a mild climate that favours livestock and the growing of
succulent fruit and vegetables.
Bude is no exception – if enjoying fantastic food, good company and a
glorious sun set are top of your priorities you must make a
reservation at ‘Life’s a Beach’ at Summerlease Beach, Bude, The Bay
View Inn at Widemouth Bay or The Widemouth Manor. The Castle
Restaurant in Bude also comes highly recommended. Take it easy
and pop across the road from your accommodation at Court Farm to The
Bullers Arms or traditional pub grub (who also offer a take-out
service). Whilst other delights for you to sample during your stay are
'Elements' in Widemouth Bay or if oriental is more your style try
Tiandi and Mirchi in Bude to name a few.

properties at Court Farm have full access to all
facilities. The all weather tennis court and heated indoor
pool are open all year round. Walking routes can be picked
up direct from the village, joining the coastal footpaths
within one and a half miles - should you not fancy the
walk home, we are always pleased to arrange a taxi pick
up!. What ever your favourite pastime or sporting
activities the chances are North Cornwall will probably
provide just the facilities and surroundings you are
looking for to enjoy a very special active holiday or
