The Little Extras
We want to help you in the preparation for your holiday,
saving space in your car, so for young families we can
provide cots (please bring own bedding), highchairs, bed
guards, booster seats, additional mobile stair gates and
toy boxes at no extra cost. We even provide plastic
crockery, tuppaware & blenders.
We also offer additional items to hire, including baby
monitors, bath towels, bikes, 3 wheeler buggies, toddler
backpacks & wetsuits… full details on our “facilities”

Save yourselves a trip to the supermarket and pre-order
your groceries online, from either our Local & Organic
Cornish Sources or Waitrose or Asda…again go to
“facilities” page.
If you are bringing a dog, please ensure we know &
make sure you bring its bed or cage and plenty of old
towels for drying after muddy walks..

Useful Information
Directions to Court Farm, Marhamchurch
From the M5 take the A30 towards Okehampton, then after the turning for Okehampton then take the A3086 then the A3072 signposted for
Bude, which takes you through Highampton, Holsworthy and Stratton. At Stratton turn left onto the A39, towards Wadebridge, continue for about
a mile (ignoring turnings for Bude) until you have a left turning left for Marhamchurch, continue along this road for approx 1 mile. Upon entering
the village, Court Farm is located directly opposite the pub (the farmhouse has a big monkey puzzle tree in the front garden)..
Directions to Northcott Farm, Poughill
As above, take yourselves to Stratton, when you get to the A39 turn right, then take the 2nd left (signposted to Wooda Caravan Park) onto
“Stamford Hill”. Continue onto cross roads & turn left and drive through the village of “Poughill”. After the church turn right onto “Northcott
Mouth Road” continue for approx 1/8 of a mile and the Farm entrance is on the right, immediately after a sharp left hand bend (with an allotment
on your right hand side) & signposted “Lower Northcott Farm”. Drive over the cattlegrid, down the lane and Little Northcott & The Cabin have
blue signs outside their entrances on the right hand side and for Northcott Farmhouse continue on and bear left as the road forks, continue
along for about 50 yards and you will approach the farmhouse from the side.

Arrival time
Arrival time for your cottage is 3pm and leaving time on day of departure is 10am. To see where to park at Court Farm, Marhamchurch, take a
look at our site plan on our accommodation page. Guests staying at Little Northcott have room for 3 cars in front of the house, The Cabin has its
own driveway taking you up to the Cabin & Northcott Farmhouse has room for up to 10 cars to the side of the Farmhouse.
