To entertain your toddler at Court Farm, within our enclosed grassed play area, we have swings & slides, a trampoline & are constantly adding to our collection of outside toys, such as trikes & sit n’ rides ..........most cottages also have toy boxes & a selection of children's books. The play houses are full of toys. Rest assured whatever age your children are, there is endless fun to be had at Court Farm. Our grounds provide a safe environment to fun around enjoying all our facilities, even though we are situated in the heart of the peaceful village. We also have 3 acres of meadow just below the play area which is home to Nuzzle & Scratch our Alpacas, Pepper & Georgie our Kune Kune pigs and our chickens. During spring time there are also some sheep and their spring lambs - There are daily morning feeding & petting times but guests are welcome to visit the animals at any time. You might like to consider one of our 4 Cornish Cottages, eg Honeysuckle, Wheelwright, Fuchsia or Lilac, or Mulberry, Sycamore or Southpark as they all have their own safe & enclosed gardens. Older children If you are planning a holiday with older children the Courtyard Barns & Houses all provide direct safe access to the children’s outdoor play area with swings, climbing frames, balance beams, monkey bars and ladders. The tennis court is always popular and we provide rackets and spare tennis ball, however the serious tennis players may wish to bring your own equipment. Our indoor games room has a pool table. All equipment is free to use, we also have a small DVD library. Access Friendly We have two Courtyard Cottages, both sleeping 4, which are single storey and more access friendly. Take a look at Parlour and Hayloft and for something bigger, Southpark and Dolphins are both 3 x bedroomed bungalows" (ramp access over front door thresholds can be provided on all by prior arrangement) OUR PROPERTIES NOT AT COURT FARM, MARHAMCHURCH .... Our 3 properties located on our working farm at Northcott (4.5 miles away from the facilities at Court Farm, Marhamchurch) each have their own enclosed garden, The Cabin is only really suitable for couples with a non-exploring baby as there is room for a cot but the cabin is all open plan, Little Northcott House (4 bedrooms) is perfectly toddler friendly, has its very own private hot-tub , large enclosed gardens with outdoor play equipment & trampoline. Lower Northcott Farmhouse (9 bedrooms) has large enclosed gardens and also play area with swings. Dolphins Beach Retreat is right by the sea at Widemouth Bay - (3-5 minutes walk direct onto the sand & 2.5 miles from the facilities at Court Farm) has its own enclosed & secure sunny back garden & a selection of outdoor children's toys.

Every property is toddler friendly with safety locks on most kitchen cupboards, built in stair gates a standard fitting, mobile stair gates & fireguards can be provided as can standard sized wooden cots, bed guards, highchair, booster seats.
