Open all year round, Court Farm Holidays is very much a family business.  Working as a team, we offer quality holiday accommodation, all of which has been in the family for generations to suit couples, families and also large groups wanting to come and enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer, either for a week's holiday or out of season short break.

Located just 2 miles inland from the North Cornwall Coast, there is a choice of 15 properties ranging from the cosy, romantic & characteristic, contemporary and luxurious to spacious farmhouses, all beautifully decorated and furnished to ensure maximum comfort and all with access to a full range of facilities for all the family; including a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, large grassed and enclosed children's play area, games room with pool table & table tennis, animal field with Alpacas, Kune Kune pigs & chickens, with additional services such as holistic & beauty treatments, personal Yoga sessions and a full catering service.

Additionally, just 4 miles away, on the edge of our 400 acre farm, is our largest property, 'Lower Northcott Farmhouse' which has been in the family since 1958 - a perfectly secluded 9 bedroomed Georgian period farmhouse which sleeps up to 17, from which you can walk to the local beach in just 10 mins walk along our private lane.  This house is perfect for family or friend gatherings (with full use of our facilities at Court Farm, Marhamchurch).

We focus on providing all the little extras that will make your stay comfortable and hassle free, including towel hire, so you only need pack your clothes and essentials.

For young families we provide free cots, high chairs, booster seats, bed guards, stair gates, plastic crockery and toy boxes with a small selection of children's toys, books & DVDs upon request.

We also have boogie boards, windbreaks, buckets and spades to borrow and various items to hire, including wetsuits, adult bikes, baby buggies, backpacks and monitors.

We are always on hand to help or advise you on the best places to visit and things to do to make your stay even more memorable.
