Lower Northcott Farmhouse boasts an enviable private location nestled in the small valley of Northcott.

Lower Northcott Farmhouse is two miles north of the seaside town of Bude, with views out across farmland to the stunning North Cornwall Coast. Guests can also walk to the local beach of Northcott Mouth or join the coastal path in under 20 minutes along our farm lane. The local village pub is also just a half mile walk away. The farmhouse has extensive facilities to make your stay comfortable and special. There are 9 bedrooms, 2 large lounges, a ‘snug” in the Annex, fully equipped farmhouse kitchen adjoining the dining room with its real wood-burner and a heated cellar with pool table & table football. Ground floor: 1 x twin bedded room, 2 x single bedded rooms , 1 x family bathroom with over-bath shower, 1 x w.c. and shower room. First Floor: 1 x double bedroom in the Annex, 1 x double bedroom en-suite , 2 x triple sleepers with 1 double bed + 1 single bed (both en-suite), 1 x single bedroom, 1 x king-size bedroom en-suite (with bath and shower cubicle), 1 x family bathroom (with bath and over-bath shower). The large and enclosed gardens have a children’s play area complete with swings, a climbing frame, playhouse, toys, free boogie boards and ample room for softball games. There is also a wild orchard next to the gardens, which forms the beginning of the walk to the beach. We accept up to 4 well behaved dogs at this property for a small charge of £20 / dog and we ask that owners bring their own dog basket or cage. Guests staying here have access to all our facilities at Court Farm, Marhamchurch (4.5 miles away), including the heated swimming pool (between midday-3pm) tennis court and holistic & beauty treatments (which are also available in the farmhouse). You will find this large Georgian period farmhouse wonderfully secluded and together with the option to book a private catering service it certainly makes the perfect venue for birthday celebrations, reunions general group get-togethers. We also accept (responsible!) hen and stag parties and can help you organise the activities to maximise the time spent with us.
