Due to an increase in demand for short breaks Court Farm Holidays now offer extremely good deals for 2-4 day breaks from October – April (excl school holidays).

Whatever the occasion, we cater for groups of 2 - 17 …

We are now offering 2 green fees for the price of 1 on most West Country golf courses. Our local courses are at Holsworthy, Launceston, Trethorne and Bowood.

Any number of people catered for in our 2 -5 bedroomed cottages at Court Farm or our 9 bedroom Farmhouse at Northcott Mouth (from where we can arrange taxis to Bude's best restaurants).

With its excellent facilities, Court Farm or Northcott Farmhouse would be ideal for a golfing holiday/break with your golfing society or simply with the family.

Arrange something really special - whisk your partner away to Court Farm, in the heart of the village of Marhamchurch for a romantic break and enjoy the finer things in life.

Our charming 200 yr old cottages all have wood burning stoves set back in inglenook fireplaces, wooden beams and natural slate or wood flooring - providing perfect surroundings for a romantic break or winter evenings.

By arrangement we can supply chocolates, wine, champagne, flowers or even pampering, either in a local salon or in the comfort of your own cottage. Let us know your requirements and we will put you in touch with our local qualified therapists.

For the experienced surfer we have at least 7 good surf beaches within 5 miles.

Some of our best surf happens from September - March …

The surfing breaks at Northcott Mouth only ½ mile from Northcott Farmhouse - virtually on the doorstep with plenty of storage space to keep your boards.

We can also arrange tuition at one of our many local qualified surf schools.

Over the past few years we have found an increase in the number of visitors wishing to bring their pets, especially in the winter months, when our stunning coastline and beaches are less crowded and allow dogs onto all beaches - so we now welcome dogs in three of our cottages with enclosed gardens. (Honeysuckle Wheelwright & Lilac. NB £15 per dog/week).

In addition Court Farm boasts 100 acres of farmland which visitors are welcome to explore and enjoy.

Bring your bikes to explore the local area, taking the cycle trail along the old canal into Bude or drive half and hour and you can ride along the Camel Trail from Wadebridge to Padstow (7 miles) or the Tarka trail in North Devon which covers a route of 180 miles. Whatever the level there are endless routes to explore.

Bike Hire can also be arranged.

To ensure the Toddlers' full entertainment, we have a selection of swings, slides, trikes and sit’n’rides in the enclosed play area, toys in the play houses and plenty of toddler books, games and DVD’s.

We can also provide cots, highchairs/booster chairs, stair gates, 3 wheeler/pushchairs & backpacks - leaving you extra space in your car. We will put together a package to tailor you needs.

We can arrange baby sitters and have monitors to borrow.

Most of our cottages have their own enclosed/private gardens.

During these weeks we provide a decorated tree in each cottage and put up festive lights around the complex.

The Bullers Arms opposite is always a great place to have a drink before returning to Court Farm for Christmas dinner, or take it easy and have a sit-down 4 course dinner at the Bullers or one of the many other restaurants/pubs in the surrounding area.

New year week is always busy at Court Farm and is a great week to get away and take advantage of our quiet beaches, restaurants and café’s.

We will provide 2 bottles of wine during the xmas week.
