Heligan Harvest, Lost Gardens of Heligan

The Lost Gardens of Heligan are set to once again celebrate the season of abundance and the fruition of the gardening year with an inspiring programme of garden and estate themed talks, displays, demonstrations, tasters and craft; all part of the incredible annual Heligan Harvest event.

Falmouth Oyster Festival

Packed with cookery demonstrations by leading local chefs, oysters, seafood, wine and local ale, sea shanties, and marquees brimming with Cornish produce.
 

North Cornwall Book Festival

Small but perfectly formed literary festival for readers of all ages and tastes, in the magical setting of St Endellion.
 

Autumn family garden Trail – RHS Rosemoor

Taking you on a wonderful journey exploring all the autumn glory in the garden, crunching on autumn leaves and discovering all matter of creatures – some of which will be getting themselves ready for winter.

October 21 – 25

There will be a host of drop-in craft workshops for families. Take part in a different awesome activity every day in the Learning Centre.

Wednesday 23 October: Leaf Printing on Terracotta Pots

Court Farm Holidays Halloween Scavenger Hunt

24th & 31st October 3- 5pm
 
Exclusively for our Court Farm (and Northcott Farm) Guests …. we will be having a scavenger hunt, pumpkin carving competition and spooky soup with witches fingers, followed by marshmallow toasting – Dress to impress in your best Halloween Fancy Dress! 
 

Unicorn Fun Day – Broomhill Manor Stables

23rd October
 
Meet and groom the unicorns and have a half price short ride on the ponies around the grounds.  Starting at 10am and running through the day.   
 
26th October
 
Spooktacular Fun Morning! Fun, Games, Fancy Dress & riding included.  10 – 12.30am – £25 p/p – booking essential. 
 
 

Children’s Halloween Party with Magic Martin, The Weir, Marhamchurch

 25th October 4 – 7 pm
 
Just 1/2 mile outside the village of Marhamchurch, this truly is a brilliant party that guarantees keeping the children (and adults!) entertained.  Entry is £7/child which includes food and drink.  They will also be offering a BBQ menu for parents.

Come and explore the estate and gardens this Halloween and pose as wicked witches, spooky ghosts and gruesome ghouls in your very own petrifying Halloween portrait!

Shawn the Sheep Armageddon Glow Trail, Cardingham Woods

Be among the first to complete their new Shaun the sSheep Armageddon Glow Trail ! Join Shawn and his mossy bottom pals to help Lu-Lu the alien, safely home  Grab your Shawn the Sheep ears and head into the forest for an adventure thats out of this world

The Glow Trail will be available on their Lady Vale walk between October – March  Activity packs will be available from the Rangers Hut or visit their Website to download the free App to complete the challenges and solve the puzzles.

Explore the haunted house and take a tour of our spooky farm on the haunted hayride.

Carve your own pumpkin to take home while stocks last, then try your hand at the witches flying school.

If you’re really brave why not have a go on our arachnophobia ride.

You can enjoy a lazy paddle in a spooky swan pedalo then challenge the family to spot all the friendly spooks and beasties as you take a ride on the ghost train.

Pumpkin Patch at Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm

Celebrate harvest with a day out at Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm. Venture into our apple Orchards with a trip on a vintage tractor ride. Hop off at our Pumpkin Patch to choose your own and be sure to explore our mini hay bale maze.

Halloween Fireworks Night, Port William, Tintagel

The Annual Fireworks and Halloween night,  starting the day at 3pm.  Visit their Facebook page for more details 

3:00pm- Children’s crafts and games, glitter tattoos and pumpkin carving.
5:00pm-6:45pm- Childrens Disco with prizes for the best fancy dress!!
