The Lost Gardens of Heligan are set to once again celebrate the season of abundance and the fruition of the gardening year with an inspiring programme of garden and estate themed talks, displays, demonstrations, tasters and craft; all part of the incredible annual Heligan Harvest event.
Taking you on a wonderful journey exploring all the autumn glory in the garden, crunching on autumn leaves and discovering all matter of creatures – some of which will be getting themselves ready for winter.
October 21 – 25
There will be a host of drop-in craft workshops for families. Take part in a different awesome activity every day in the Learning Centre.
Monday 21 October: Conker Creatures
Tuesday 22 October: Pine Cone Spiders
Wednesday 23 October: Leaf Printing on Terracotta Pots
Thursday 24 October: Wooden Spoon Bats
Friday 25 October: Vampire Lollipops
All included in normal garden admission which is free for RHS members. Non-members can save 10% by booking online in advance using the ticket link below.

Use the props and your picture frame to pose in your very own petrifying portrait and get snapping.Upload your scariest entry to Facebook or Instagram with the tag #lanhydrockhalloweenportrait19 to be in with a chance to win a Halloween goodie bag.
October to March
Be among the first to complete their new Shaun the sSheep Armageddon Glow Trail ! Join Shawn and his mossy bottom pals to help Lu-Lu the alien, safely home Grab your Shawn the Sheep ears and head into the forest for an adventure thats out of this world
The Glow Trail will be available on their Lady Vale walk between October – March Activity packs will be available from the Rangers Hut or visit their Website to download the free App to complete the challenges and solve the puzzles.
19th – 26th October
Join us this Halloween for a family day filled with fun and laughter.
Explore the haunted house and take a tour of our spooky farm on the haunted hayride.
Carve your own pumpkin to take home while stocks last, then try your hand at the witches flying school.
If you’re really brave why not have a go on our arachnophobia ride.
You can enjoy a lazy paddle in a spooky swan pedalo then challenge the family to spot all the friendly spooks and beasties as you take a ride on the ghost train.
Celebrate harvest with a day out at Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm. Venture into our apple Orchards with a trip on a vintage tractor ride. Hop off at our Pumpkin Patch to choose your own and be sure to explore our mini hay bale maze.

The Annual Fireworks and Halloween night, starting the day at 3pm. Visit their Facebook page for more details
3:00pm- Children’s crafts and games, glitter tattoos and pumpkin carving.
5:00pm-6:45pm- Childrens Disco with prizes for the best fancy dress!!
From 7:00pm- Fireworks Display by SkyBurst firework company
7:30pm- Disco and Dancing.
