Directions to Court Farm Site – EX23 0EN

From the M5 take the A30 towards Okehampton. After about 26.5 miles take the A386 turning at Sourton Cross, signposted Holsworthy/Bude A3079.

Turn right at the top of the slipway onto the A386 then just follow signs onto Holsworthy/Bude. Taking the A3079 through Halwill Junction and then joining A3072.

After passing through ‘Stratton’ turn left onto the A39, towards Wadebridge.  Ignore the turning to the right for Bude at the mini roundabout. Ignore the next turning right to Bude but slow down to take the left turning for Marhamchurch shortly after.

Continue along this road for approx 1 mile until you meet the T-junction at the top of the hill. Turn left here. Court Farm is located immediately after the village shop and directly opposite the pub (the farmhouse has a big monkey puzzle tree in the front garden).

Directions to Northcott Farm Site – EX23 9EQ

From the M5 take the A30 towards Okehampton. After about 26.5 miles take the A386 turning at Sourton Cross, signposted Holsworthy/Bude A3079.

Turn right at the top of the slipway onto the A386 then just follow signs onto Holsworthy/Bude. Taking the A3079 through Halwill Junction and then joining A3072.

After passing through ‘Stratton’ turn  right at the A39, then take the 2nd left (signposted to Wooda) onto “Stamford Hill”. Continue until you reach the cross roads, then turn left.

Drive through the village of Poughill. Shortly after the church turn right at the Old Post Office and General Stores onto Northcott Mouth Road. Continue for approx 1/8 of a mile and the Northcott Farm entrance is on the right, immediately after a sharp left hand bend (with an allotment on your right hand side)  signposted “Lower Northcott Farm”.

Drive over the cattle grid, down the lane. Little Northcott and The Cabin have blue signs outside their entrances on the right hand side (if you reach the cow yard you have gone too far). For Lower Northcott Farmhouse go past the cow yard on your left and continue STRAIGHT ON (do not bear right or go up the hill to Higher Northcott Farmhouse as this is another property!) continue for about 50 yards.
