It’s the perfect base to explore the surrounding area or just relax and enjoy all the superb on-site facilities. From feeding the animals to cycling, swimming or taking some well-deserved time to yourself at the on-site spa, Mill House is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday, near Bude In Cornwall.
Ground floor: Entrance Hall with door leading to the fully equipped kitchen with dining table flowing through to its lounge overlooking the swimming pool with Widescreen TV, DVD & CD player and coffee table chest with a selection of books & magazines.
First floor: Large master bedroom with king-sized bed, (room for a cot) with fantastic views out over our facilities, farmland out to the coast, has a flat-screen TV; family bathroom next-door with over-bath shower
Second floor: stairs leading up to the twin bedroom (with zip and link twin beds that can be converted to a superking size bed for a couple by prior request) and a child’s single room, both with room for a cot, slanted ceilings with Velux windows and blackout blinds

From the M5 take the A30 towards Okehampton, after about 26.5 miles take the A386 Turning, signposted Holsworthy/Bude A3079. Turn right at the bottom of the slipway onto the A386 then just follow signs onto Holsworthy/Bude taking you onto the A3079 through Halwill Junction & A3072. When you get to ‘Stratton’ turn left onto the A39, towards Wadebridge, ignore turnings for Bude until you have a left turning left for Marhamchurch, continue along this road for approx 1 mile. Upon entering the village, Court Farm is located directly opposite the pub (the farmhouse has a big monkey puzzle tree in the front garden).
